Avi Norman established the company as Chief Executive Officer in February 2008, bringing more than 25 years of global and local management experience. Prior to joining TIE, Mr. Norman served as Vice President in the MalamTeam Group, where he played a critical role in establishing the Information Availability and Integration wing of the group. Previously, Mr. Norman served in number of executive positions including:  head of the Internet Division at Cellcom, Israel's largest TELCO operator, IT data center operations consultant at Pacific Bell in San Francisco, CA, USA.

Over 15 years of experience in various roles in finance in Israel and in the United States. Before joining TIE, worked at VeriFone, TTI USA and NetCom. Holds a BA from "Shenkar", and a MBA with accounting specialty from Fairleigh Dickinson University (NJ).

Over 5 years experience of holding bookkeeping positions in various Israeli communications companies.

Is an expert in logistics and purchasing, with experience of over 10 years in purchasing mainly for Malam Team and its subsidiaries. Holds a BSC of industry and management from Ariel College.

Is an expert of sales operation & marketing coordinator. Previously to joining TIE, Or held several different positions ranging from customers relations to logistic and HR planning in varies Israeli communication companies.

Manage telemarketing and lead generation for over 6 years, with experience of over 10 years.

As our top sales manager, Lior holds a BA and MBA from Netanya College of business, second proficiency of information systems and marketing. A seniority of 15 years in the Israeli IT industry. In his past' Lior had played a wide variety of commercial roles, including: management of business partners, customer management, product management, and more in leading companies: Bezeq International, Xor, Comverse, and many more.

Is serving as TIE's Senior Sales Engineer. Holds a MBA from Ariel's college. With experience of over 20 years in computing infrastructures focusing especially in storage and backups. Pesach's unique trade is his ability to create simple technology solution to completed business issues. Previously he led many projects of information availability and Business Advisor to some of the largest customers in Israel, such as electric company of Israel.

Over 6 years of related experience in computer infrastructure. For the last 3 years have been serving as a technical consultant to TIE's strategic customers, leading them and accompany them throughout decision making. Holds a BSC of computer science from the Open University.

With about 11 years experience in verity of roles ranging from team leader, through web design and programming, all the way to QA and management rolls, specializing in  storage.

With over 7 and a half years of experience in management rolls, QA, System and storage. Most of these years in IDF as team leader and technical advisor of storage realm. Studying management and economic in College Of Management.
